House – Downstairs

The downstairs unit of the large house has two bedrooms with a queen bed in bedroom one and a twin bed in bedroom two. There is also a separate living room area with a single futon, and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea. It has air conditioning and heat, and a 32 inch flat screen tv. The full bathroom is split, with shower room separate from the other area, which is equipped with a hair dryer. There is a connecting door between the downstairs and upstairs units for those who wish to reserve the entire house. There is a picnic table on the wrap-around deck and gas grill is available for rental.

 

House – Upstairs

The upstairs unit of the large house has two bedrooms with one king bed in bedroom one and a two twin beds in bedroom two. There is also a separate living room area on the ground floor, and a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea. It has air conditioning and heat, and a 32 inch flat screen tv. The full bathroom (located upstairs) has a separate tub and shower, and is equipped with a hair dryer. There is a connecting door between the downstairs and upstairs units for those who wish to reserve the entire house. There is a picnic table in the grassy area outside and gas grill is available for rental.

 

Small House

The small house has two bedrooms with one double bed in bedroom one and a double bed with twin above in bedroom two. There is also a separate living room area with a full sized sofa sleeper, and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea. The house has air conditioning and heat, and a 32 inch flat screen tv. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and is equipped with a hair dryer. There is a picnic table with umbrella on the private rear deck, which overlooks the pool, and gas grill is available for rental.
