front screened in porch, back deck with a table, umbrella and gas
grill overlooking the pool.

The first floor (#24) has a small living room, full kitchen, two double
beds and one twin bed, 2 TV’s and a bath with separate shower.

Second floor (#25) has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and
the other with two twins and a full bath.

• #25 is $149.00 - $169.00 per night
  (2 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Twins, Full Bath, living room); $889.00 per week

COMBINED HOUSE (UNITS 24 & 25 TOGETHER)

The COMBINED larger house has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 9, two baths, small living room,
full kitchen and farmer’s porch.

• $249.00 per night, Sun – Thurs
• $269.00 per night, Sat - Sun
• $1,599.00 per week for 8 adults
• $150 security deposit is required at time of arrival
